Join The Cheese School for an intimate Valentine's dinner in their private event space overlooking the Bay and Alcatraz. It is, of course, cheesy. Wine pairings are included in price of ticket.

Mt Tam Volcano with housemade bacon jam for two. Paired with Laurent Perrier La Cuvee Brut Champagne.
Housemade gnudi with asparagus and cured egg. Paired with The Ojai Vineyard 2017 Santa Ynez Valley Sauvignon Blanc.
Parmigiano Reggiano crème brûlée. Paired with Robert + Bernard Plageoles 2013 Muscadelle.
